His contribution includes many CDs for foreign (Amreco, Adda, Thorofon) and Polish (Tonpress, Selene, Wifon, DUX, Polish Recordings) record labels.

His album of G. Gershwin's music recorded With A. Ratusiński and Silesia Philharmonic was awarded with the Gold Record Award in 1993.
Jerzy Salwarowski has also recorded M. Karłowicz's Symphony Poems With the Silesian Philharmonic Orchestra. In 1999, the album was remastered and re-released as a double CD album, which was nominated for the Fryderyk 1999' award.

Other recordings include two CDs with the Chamber Orchestra of Toruń (a selection of "Famous Miniatures" and Mendelssohn's music), and with the Szczecin Philharmonic Orchestra - "Famous Caprices" (the first CD in the history of the Szczecin Philharmonic, contained pieces of Tchaikovsky, Lutoslawski, Rachmaninov and Rimski-Korsakov, nominated for the "Fryderyk" Prize in 1998).
